Amir Benassayag's Apache-2.0 pair of portable Agent Skills for local changes and GitHub pull requests. Both use one P0/P1/P2 review contract: unresolved P0/P1 findings mechanically require changes, while P2-only or empty reviews stay clean. The local Skill is opt-in and repository-read-only; the PR Skill defaults to recommendation-only and can publish review actions only when the surrounding runtime supplies real GitHub authority and reviewer independence. It is a young, predominantly single-maintainer project, and the natural-language Skill cannot cryptographically prove authorization provenance by itself, so pin and inspect releases before installation.
